Vwapster operates this website and offers the software described below. For purchase, support, privacy or legal inquiries, contact vwapster@gmail.com. Secondary contact: @vwapster on X.
Important: Vwapster provides software and an informational observatory, not guaranteed investment returns. Automated trading can lose money. Paper results are not live results, and neither paper nor dashboard results guarantee that the downloadable software will trade or perform the same way for you. The current downloadable 5.5OPUS release defaults to paper mode; its newly added live adapter has not been validated by a funded production trade. Read the software's setup and risk instructions before enabling real orders.
1. What these terms cover and when they apply
These terms govern the Vwapster website, access-list and account features, download delivery and the software license offered with an identified purchase. Read them before ordering. A purchase confirmation or product-specific agreement may contain additional terms disclosed before payment. A separately agreed written term controls over an inconsistent general provision; mandatory consumer rights always control.
For a purchase, affirmative acceptance must be requested with a link or copy of the applicable version before payment. A footer link alone, the possession of a shared download password, or a new term shown only after payment does not by itself establish your acceptance of new purchase restrictions. A download acknowledgement may confirm the version and risk notices, but must not remove rights from an earlier purchase.
If you do not accept the proposed purchase terms, do not order. If you already purchased, the terms actually agreed for that transaction and applicable law continue to govern. We will not impose a new subscription, materially narrower license or reduced refund rights retroactively through a website edit.
2. Eligibility and authority
You must be at least 18 and meet any higher age, legal-capacity, residency, exchange-eligibility or other requirement applicable to your use. If purchasing for an organization, you must have authority to bind it; the identified organization is the purchaser. Do not purchase or use the software for a prohibited account, sanctioned party or jurisdiction where the activity is unlawful.
Obtaining the software does not make you eligible to use Kalshi or another venue. You must independently satisfy the venue's onboarding, location, identity, funding, API and account rules. Do not evade venue restrictions or misrepresent your location.
3. Current product and separation from other services
The public dashboard is a read-only view of selected bot activity and research or paper results. It does not manage a visitor's account. The current downloadable product is software you install and operate on your own infrastructure, using your own authorized exchange credentials.
A standalone download purchase does not include managed trading, custody, a brokerage account, funding, a pooled investment, hosting, tax reporting or discretionary account management. It does not revive earlier hosted-bot services or cancel a separate existing billing arrangement. Any distinct hosting or subscription service would require its own clearly identified agreement and authorization.
We do not receive your exchange login or control your locally operated account merely because you buy a ZIP file. Do not send exchange passwords or private keys through the signup form, email or social messages. Any optional support access must be separately and narrowly agreed.
4. License for the purchased version
License for new purchases: After payment and acceptance, Vwapster grants the identified purchaser a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, keep, install, run, back up and modify the purchased source-code version for the purchaser's own authorized exchange accounts. The Vwapster app for Android is delivered as an installable package (APK), not source code, and is licensed for you to install and use on your own Android devices for your own authorized accounts; you may not decompile it to republish it, redistribute the file, or share your access code to avoid another purchase. You may reinstall it on your own devices; avoid concurrent copies trading the same account without appropriate coordination. An AI assistant or contractor may help with private setup under your responsibility, without obtaining an independent redistribution license.
The license is perpetual for that purchased version, subject to applicable law and the material-breach provisions below. “Yours forever” or “yours to keep” describes continued possession and licensed use of the purchased version, not transfer of copyright, guaranteed exchange compatibility forever, perpetual website availability or an unlimited support obligation.
Unless a separate written license permits it, you may not resell, sublicense, publish or distribute the proprietary source/archive; rent access; operate it as a hosted service for unrelated customers; share a download password to evade another purchase; or falsely identify a modified version as an official Vwapster release. These restrictions do not override rights granted by third-party open-source licenses, nonwaivable interoperability or other statutory rights, or an expressly broader license already agreed with you.
We retain rights in our original software, branding and website materials. You retain rights you hold in your own independent modifications and content, subject to rights in the underlying software. We do not claim ownership of your honest reviews or impose penalties for criticism.
5. Price and what a one-time purchase includes
The advertised download price is US $199 one time for each package until October 4, 2026 at 11:00 AM Central Time, then US $299 one time for each package until October 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM Central Time, and US $399 one time for each package after that (the 15M-5.5OPUS-KALSHI release and the 15M-5.5OPUS Polymarket US release are sold separately at those prices). The price shown at checkout when you buy applies, and a sale or launch price is not extended after its end time. Founding licenses are limited to 25 per package at the sale and launch prices; the Downloads page shows how many remain, and a sold-out package is not sold at the founding price while it shows as sold out. A license is held for a buyer for up to 30 minutes while checkout is open and is released if checkout is not completed. A different price may be offered only if it is clearly identified and accepted before payment. There is no recurring Vwapster subscription fee for continued use of that purchased version. Required charges and applicable taxes must be disclosed before payment as required by law; you are not authorizing undisclosed recurring charges.
The Vwapster app for Android is a separate item with its own price: US $9.99 one time, with no founding cap or sale tier. It is for Android phones only and will not install on an iPhone or iPad. It does not include Kalshi API keys, a Kalshi account, funding or any trading result; you add your own keys on your own phone. The purchase gives you the installable app file for the version shown on the Downloads page.
The identified trading-bot release includes its source code, Docker setup materials and LLM-oriented setup guide. Hosting/VPS costs, exchange fees, market-data services, optional AI subscriptions, internet access, taxes imposed on your trading and other third-party costs are separate. Future releases, strategy packs, individualized support or compatibility updates are not promised as included unless the actual offer expressly includes them. We will honor specific promises made for your purchase; a general exclusion cannot silently withdraw them.
No purchase price is a trading deposit or investment in Vwapster. A referral or new-user promotion offered by a payment platform belongs to that platform's separate terms; Vwapster does not guarantee its availability, eligibility, timing or payment.
6. Payment, delivery and access security
You can pay through the Stripe checkout opened from the Downloads page, where the price, any taxes and your payment options are shown before you confirm. Stripe processes that payment under its own terms. If you pay any other way, follow only the payment instructions we confirm through an official Vwapster channel and verify the recipient before sending funds. Use a payment type permitted for a software purchase by that provider. We do not ask you to mislabel a commercial purchase as a personal transfer or waive payment-provider protections.
After a successful Stripe checkout the Downloads page shows a personal access code for the package you bought. Save it: it works for up to 10 unlocks, each lasting one hour, and the page shows the same code again if you reopen your receipt link. Where fulfillment is manual, we verify payment and send download-access instructions through the agreed contact channel. A password is an access mechanism, not proof that every holder has purchased a license. No particular automated or instant delivery time is promised unless specified before purchase. If you have paid and cannot obtain the agreed product, contact us promptly; statutory remedies and the applicable refund policy remain available.
Keep your receipt, agreed terms, release/version details and a private backup of your download. Access cookies expire; a password can be rotated to address abuse. Rotation does not cancel an otherwise valid paid license. Contact support to verify a legitimate purchase if access needs to be restored. Do not put payment credentials or exchange keys in a public support request.
7. Refunds, withdrawal and payment disputes
All sales are final, subject to mandatory legal rights. For new purchases made under these terms, Vwapster does not offer voluntary refunds for a change of mind. This policy does not exclude any refund, cancellation, repair, replacement or other remedy required by applicable law, and does not override a more favorable promise agreed for your purchase. It does not retroactively reduce existing purchasers' rights.
We preserve remedies required by applicable law for non-delivery, defective or misdescribed digital content, unauthorized charges and other protected circumstances. Any more generous refund or warranty promise actually made for the purchase remains applicable. Trading losses, lack of a signal, no fill, unfavorable market conditions or a change of strategy preference are not by themselves proof that software was defective, but this distinction does not exclude a legitimate defect or misrepresentation claim.
Contact vwapster@gmail.com with your purchase reference, release version and a description of the issue. Do not send a private key. We may request information reasonably needed to investigate, but will not require you to waive legal rights, remove an honest review or provide a favorable review to obtain a remedy.
Where applicable law provides a withdrawal/cancellation right for digital content, that right is not automatically lost by payment or downloading. Any legally permitted early-supply waiver requires the prescribed separate express consent, acknowledgement and confirmation. These terms do not themselves implement or presume that waiver. Nonwaivable statutory rights remain intact.
We encourage contacting us first, but you retain lawful payment-dispute, chargeback and regulator-complaint rights and applicable deadlines. There is no automatic penalty for a good-faith dispute. A completed refund may end the associated license where lawful and agreed, without affecting records you are entitled or required to retain.
8. No personalized advice, fiduciary undertaking or endorsement
The download supplies a general software strategy, not an assessment of your financial circumstances, suitability or objectives. Website materials, code, setup help and communications should not be treated as individualized investment, legal or tax advice. Obtain qualified independent advice where needed. Nothing in these terms overrides a regulatory duty that actually applies to our conduct or changes the legal classification of an activity merely by calling it “software.”
Vwapster is independent of Kalshi, CF Benchmarks, TradingView, Coinbase, Kraken, Bitstamp, Gemini, Binance, AI providers and payment platforms unless an affiliation is expressly and accurately disclosed. Brand or model names describe compatibility, references or naming; they do not establish endorsement, certification, insurance or regulatory approval of the software or strategy.
9. Trading and automation risks
Only commit funds whose loss you can bear. Among other risks:
- You can lose all funds you make available for trading over time. A high win rate can coexist with a net loss; fees and occasional large losses matter.
- Market prices, liquidity, queue position, spreads and available depth can change between observing a quote and submitting an order. Post-only orders may reject or never fill. Partial fills and adverse selection can materially change results.
- Network timeouts, stale data, clock errors, exchange outages, software bugs, API/schema changes, account restrictions, insufficient funds and infrastructure failures can cause missed, delayed or unintended actions.
- Different data feeds and settlement rules can produce different outcomes. A displayed spot price, venue quote or model probability is not a promise of the final settlement outcome.
- Sizing settings, contract caps and safety checks are not guarantees of a maximum daily loss or protection against every failure. Larger sizing increases exposure. A per-entry budget is not account-level insurance.
- A pause or container stop is not liquidation. Cancellation may require exchange confirmation, and filled positions can remain exposed through settlement. Server-side expiration is a backup for quotes, not a guarantee of an exit price.
- The current 5.5OPUS rule holds filled positions to settlement and does not include a stop-loss or daily-loss stop. Do not assume a feature exists because another bot or version has it.
- Simultaneous bots or manual trades on the same account can interfere with positions, order ownership and P&L reconciliation. Use an appropriately isolated account/subaccount and preserve state.
- Dependencies, updates and your modifications can introduce vulnerabilities or change strategy behavior. A release does not guarantee perpetual compatibility with a third-party exchange.
These examples are not exhaustive and do not excuse Vwapster from responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Paper results, backtests and dashboard limitations
Paper trading and backtests are hypothetical or simulated, not actual funded execution. They may omit or imperfectly model queue priority, liquidity, adverse fills, fees, slippage, outages and behavior under financial risk. Historical research can be influenced by hindsight, parameter selection or limited samples. Even forward paper testing does not establish what a live account would have earned.
Displayed results are not results of the software you download. Paper, simulated and dashboard figures come from Vwapster's own research and paper systems. The software you buy runs on its own infrastructure, accounts, settings, sizing and timing: your server, your connection, your exchange account, your balance, your market access and any changes you make. It can therefore enter different trades, get different or no fills, pay different fees and lose money even when the displayed results were good. The Polymarket US package is a paper-only port for a different venue; results shown for the Kalshi strategy are not results of that package, and the reverse. Any displayed profit, win rate, return or chart is historical, is not a promise, estimate, projection or guarantee, and does not mean you may lose less, or more, than shown. Running the software in paper mode first may help you understand it, but it still does not show what live trading would earn, and live trading may lose money.
Displayed results may reflect different software versions, starting balances, time windows, sizing settings and resets; compare like with like. A snapshot can be stale, incomplete or corrected. A profit figure or win rate is not a promised, typical or guaranteed purchaser result. Losses and costs matter even when most trades win. No representation is made that your account will reproduce displayed results.
The public observatory is informational, not the authoritative ledger for a user's exchange account. Confirm actual orders, fills, costs, fees and settlements directly with the venue. Follow any specific statutory advertising disclosures that apply to a presentation; this general legal page does not replace prominent disclosures beside a performance claim.
11. Paper-first setup and your responsibilities
Vwapster app for Android: it has no paper mode. After you save your own Kalshi keys, tapping UP, DOWN or SELL places a real-money order at the market price immediately, with no confirmation screen. Your keys are stored on your phone and are not sent to Vwapster. Quotes can be delayed or unavailable, an order can fill at a worse price than shown, and the app has not been validated for every phone or market condition. Use a Kalshi key with only the access you need and a size you can afford to lose.
Read the release's README, setup and security instructions. Keep paper mode enabled until you understand the behavior, state storage and risk settings. A working install or passing test suite does not establish profitability or production readiness for your account.
The currently distributed 5.5OPUS v2.0.0 packages for Kalshi and Polymarket US have mocked/unit-test coverage but their live adapters have not been validated through a funded production trade. Version 2.0.0 adds a quiet-market filter that skips a window when recent 30-minute BTC volatility, read from Coinbase's public candle API, is below a fixed threshold, and skips it whenever those candles cannot be read. The filter was chosen after reviewing paper losses and was not pre-registered or tested forward, and it has not been tested on Polymarket US; it may reduce trades without improving your results. Use demo validation when a suitable market is available and an explicitly authorized small-size live acceptance test before scaling. Enabling live mode can place real-money orders; an LLM installing the package should not infer that authorization from a request to install it.
You are responsible for authorized credentials, least-privilege access where supported, private key storage, secure infrastructure, monitoring, time synchronization, backups, venue compliance and reviewing open exposure. Do not delete a live ledger to clear an error, blindly retry an ambiguous order or bypass safety checks to force trading. Account funding, withdrawals and taxes remain your responsibility.
Technical support does not grant us ongoing discretion to trade or increase your risk. Any action on a live account requires separately agreed scope and authorization.
12. Third-party services and AI tools
Exchanges, market-data sources, operating systems, cloud hosts, Docker/package registries, payment providers, chart widgets and AI assistants have their own terms, availability, eligibility requirements, fees and security practices. Their independent conduct is not controlled by Vwapster. Where a third-party open-source license applies to a component, that license governs that component and its required notices must be preserved.
AI-generated explanations, predictions or edits can be incorrect. A model name is not a guarantee that a release continuously uses that model, learns from trades or automatically improves. Use the actual version's code and documentation to determine its features. Do not expose secrets to an AI provider or permit generated commands to place live orders without review.
13. Acceptable use and intellectual property
Do not access another person's account, harvest personal information, bypass authentication/payment controls, distribute malware, overload the site, exploit vulnerabilities, evade sanctions or venue rules, manipulate markets, or use unauthorized credentials. Do not misrepresent paper results as actual returns or claim to be an authorized Vwapster representative without permission.
Reasonable viewing and personal use of public information do not authorize extraction of confidential records or abusive automated traffic. Report security issues privately; these terms do not grant unrestricted penetration-testing permission. Nothing here restricts legally protected security research, interoperability, fair use, truthful reporting, honest consumer reviews or communications with regulators and law enforcement.
Feedback may be considered for improving the product, but providing feedback does not transfer ownership of your reviews or confidential information. Do not send someone else's proprietary material or secrets without authorization.
14. Warranties and service availability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and software are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Except for express promises actually agreed and warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free code, profitable trades, a particular fill rate or immunity from security incidents.
These exclusions do not remove mandatory digital-content conformity rights, remedies for false descriptions, or statutory obligations to provide necessary updates where applicable. Maintenance, exchange changes, regulatory restrictions or events outside reasonable control may affect service, but do not automatically excuse accrued payment or refund obligations.
15. Limits of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither Vwapster nor its personnel are liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising from the service or software, including lost profits, lost opportunities or lost data. Trading losses arising from market outcomes, independently controlled accounts, third-party execution or your modifications are not guaranteed or insured by Vwapster.
Subject to the exceptions below, our aggregate liability arising from an affected purchased license is limited to the greater of US $100 or the total fees you paid Vwapster for that license. For free website use unrelated to a purchase, the aggregate limit is US $100. The applicable cap is not an additional charge, promised payout or restriction on obtaining a refund otherwise owed.
No exclusion or cap applies to liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, willful misconduct, gross negligence where exclusion is prohibited, protected personal-injury claims, or nonwaivable consumer, privacy, securities/commodities and other statutory rights. Nothing waives a duty imposed on us by applicable law. Where an exclusion is unenforceable, the lawful protection applies only to the extent permitted, not as an attempt to eliminate the underlying right.
16. Third-party claims arising from misuse
To the extent lawful, a purchaser using the product for business purposes agrees to indemnify Vwapster against a third-party claim and reasonable associated costs to the extent caused by that purchaser's unlawful use, unauthorized redistribution, infringement through their own added material or knowing material breach. This provision is not a blanket obligation to reimburse Vwapster for its own misconduct, defects or unrelated claims, and does not restrict mandatory consumer rights.
We must give reasonably prompt notice, allow a reasonable opportunity to participate in the defense, and not settle a claim imposing an admission or non-monetary obligation on you without your consent. Ordinary criticism, an honest review or a good-faith payment/privacy complaint is not indemnifiable misuse.
17. Suspension and termination
We may restrict website/download access when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, protect security or comply with law, using proportionate measures. A restriction does not automatically forfeit valid paid-license rights or eliminate an owed remedy. Where practical, legitimate purchasers can verify their purchase to restore access.
For a material license breach, we may terminate the affected license after notice and a reasonable opportunity to cure where cure is possible; urgent unlawful or harmful activity may justify immediate action to the extent lawful. We do not terminate a paid license solely because you leave a negative review or make a protected complaint. A properly acquired perpetual license does not end merely because the website closes. Sections intended to survive, including accrued payment obligations, ownership, applicable liability provisions and dispute rights, survive as legally appropriate.
18. Privacy, communications and electronic records
The Privacy Policy explains information handling. You can opt out of marketing without forfeiting a valid purchased license. An agreement to purchase or use the software is not blanket consent to optional tracking, unrelated marketing or public disclosure of your trading data.
We may communicate transaction and security information through the agreed channel. Keep copies of the offer, accepted terms and purchase confirmation. Any legally required electronic-consent or durable-confirmation process must be satisfied; these terms do not substitute for it.
19. Disputes and applicable law
Contact vwapster@gmail.com with a concise description and the relevant purchase reference so we can try to resolve a concern. Informal resolution is encouraged, not a condition that prevents urgent relief, a small-claims filing, a regulator complaint, a timely chargeback or another protected remedy.
Applicable conflict-of-law and jurisdiction rules determine the law and courts governing a dispute. These terms do not select an exclusive state or forum, impose mandatory arbitration, waive a jury or class action, shorten a statutory deadline, or remove a consumer's mandatory local rights.
20. Changes, interpretation and complete agreement
Material changes will be identified by a new version/date and additional notice or consent where required. Future website terms do not automatically rewrite an existing perpetual license or erase a previously made express promise. A later agreed product-specific term can modify an earlier one only within lawful limits.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue only so far as consistent with applicable law and the agreement's lawful purpose. Failure to enforce a provision on one occasion is not a permanent waiver. Neither party can use a transfer or assignment to strip mandatory rights; any business transfer must respect applicable contractual/privacy obligations.
These terms, the actual purchase offer and any separately agreed written terms form the agreement for the identified transaction. This integration provision does not exclude liability for fraud or make a false pre-sale representation immaterial. Section headings are for navigation.
